- Confirm insurance is accurate and up to date
Next step is payment verification for your co-pay or self-pay amount for your telemedicine appointment.

How to Log-in to Telemedicine/Telepsychiatry
Appointments are not recorded and are a safe and secure way to see your provider in the comfort of your own home or wherever you have a video and internet connection i.e. tablet, cellphone, or computer.
Telemedicine/ Telepsychiatry is used in place of In office follow up appointments.
Any patient who needs a telemedicine appointment may send a request online or request an appointment in office or via telephone.
