Dr. Adeoye completed his residency in Psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), where he served as chief resident in 2001-2002. He also completed his fellowship program in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Institute for Juvenile Research at UIC.

In addition to overseeing a very successful private practice, he is also committed to providing care for the poor. Dr. Adeoye’s philanthropic efforts have helped various individuals and organizations that focus on childhood disorders like autism and other developmental disabilities. He also served as the division head of pediatric psychiatry at Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital. In addition to several honors and awards, he has over 25 years of experience in the field of Psychiatry and Mental health services.  Dr. Adeoye specializes in the treatment of complex neuropsychiatric, behavioral and acute psychiatric disorders that affect children, adolescents and adults such as autism, bipolar affective disorders, psychoses, ADHD, mood disorders, various forms of trauma and comorbid substance abuse disorders. He is listed and recognized as one of the leading Physicians of the world in the field of pediatric neurology and neuropsychiatry.

Dr. Martins Adeoye is the President, Chief Executive officer of Elemental Center Ltd, with locations in the Chicago area. He is also the Chief of Addiction medicine at Hargrove Behavioral Hospital. He holds double board certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
